Martin Worsch is managing partner at Glasford International Austria and has been successful in the field of executive search for more than 17 years.


He advises numerous national and international clients in various sectors when it comes to filling top executive and specialist positions. Our clients appreciate his clear focus on success and pragmatic solutions as well as his high level of personal commitment and willingness to go the extra mile. In addition to his business studies in Austria and at both Harvard and the UCLA, he also has an executive MBA. His numerous international consulting projects and many years of management experience today form the basis for successfully and sustainably filling vacancies.

Ulrich Gindelhuber is partner at Glasford International Austria. With more than nine years’ success in executive and direct search he fills executive and management


positions for international players and hidden champions in varying industries. An educational background in business administration was followed by management positions, both in Austria and in the USA. Ulrich also played a key role in the establishment and expansion of two publicly-listed personnel consultancies in Austria. He is committed to transparent and target-oriented project management and is valued by his clients for  his excellent professional skills and his high level of personal commitment.

Andreas Bachtrögler is partner at Glasford International Austria and advises prestigious companies, both large and small, in many industries when it comes to finding and


selecting specialists and managers. He is an expert in the areas of management, organisation, business development and sales. Before joining Glasford International Austria, Andreas spent over 20 years in top management positions at national and international technology companies. A graduate of the Vienna Technical University, he went on to gain extensive experience in various positions as department head, sales manager and general manager.

Before becoming a personnel consultant, this graduate of journalism and political sciences gained experience in sales and in the media industry.
